3. Account Registration
To use our platform, you must register an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Not creating duplicate or misleading accounts
- Not impersonating others or sharing login access
4. Payments, Deposit Fees, and No Refund Policy
No Refund Policy: Once funds are deposited into your GainLoop account, they cannot be refunded to your bank account or original payment method under any circumstances. The deposited balance can only be used to purchase services on our platform. Please note that if an order is canceled or fails to deliver for any reason, no refunds or compensations will be issued to your platform balance or original payment method.
Deposit Fees & Deductions: Due to high fees imposed by payment gateways and bank transfers, a deduction applies to all deposit methods (CIH Bank, Cash Plus, PayPal, and Binance Pay). You will receive the equivalent of 60% of the amount you send in your account balance.
Examples of Deductions:
- CIH Bank & Cash Plus: If you send 50 DH, you will receive 30 DH in your account. If you send 100 DH, you will receive 60 DH.
- PayPal & Binance Pay: If you send $10, you will receive $6 in your account. If you send $100, you will receive $60.
By using our platform and depositing funds, you fully agree to these fees and our strict no-refund policy. Filing a chargeback or dispute without contacting support first will result in an immediate and permanent account ban.
5. Service Drops and Descriptions
We are not responsible for any drops or decreases in numbers (such as followers, likes, views, etc.) after an order is delivered. Social media platforms frequently update their algorithms, which may cause drops over time.
It is your strict responsibility to read the specific description of each service before placing an order. Some services come with a refill guarantee, while others do not. If you order a service with no refill guarantee, we will not refill the dropped numbers or refund your account.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
By using our SMM panel, you agree not to:
- Violate any rules, policies, or platform terms
- Promote, encourage, or participate in illegal activity or content
- Violate the rules of any third-party or social media platform
- Engage in fraud, impersonation, or misleading practices

- Restrictions or account actions from social platforms

10. Termination
We may suspend or permanently deactivate your account for any reason, including abuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity. Refunds will not be issued for terminated accounts.
